Experienced Sushi Chef or Sushi Chef Apprentice:

We are looking for an experienced sushi chef or sushi chef apprentice that is fun, friendly, hard-working, no drama, no egos, and a TEAM player. The experienced chef should have worked at least 2 years behind the sushi bar and be confident with maki, nigiri and sashimi. To be considered for the apprentice position, applicant must have previous kitchen experience and strong knife skills. Applicant must be committed to a full training schedule, the length of which depends on previous experience, and commit to working through the ENTIRE season. Training starts mid-February, and the season runs through the end of October. Two to four week trial to make sure we like you and you like us.  Pay depends on experience.

Kitchen Chef:

We are now searching for an experienced cook to join our team as a Kitchen Chef. This job requires the ability to do kitchen prep, properly prepare entrees and sushi ingredients during dinner service using the grill, stove and fryer, communicate clearly with co-workers, and work steadily in a fast paced environment. Applicants must be fun, friendly, hard working, no egos, no drama and a TEAM player. This is not a sushi chef position, any previous kitchen experience is highly beneficial. Two week trial to make sure we like you and you like us. Pay depends on experience.
